  • Not at all. This workshop is designed for food lovers of all levels. No professional cooking experience is required.

  • All ingredients, tools, hand-on instructions, food pairings (tortilla chips, chicharron and more)

  • The workshop lasts approximately 2 hours.

  • Yes, spice levels are adjustable. We focus on flavor first.

  • Please let us know in advance about any allergies, food aversions and dietary restriction.

  • The minimum is 2 people and maximum 10. Workshop may be rescheduled if the minus number of participants is not met.

Policies

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the workshop. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.

  • Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

  • We start on time. Late arrivals may miss part of the experience and refunds cannot be issued.

  • Workshops may be rescheduled if the minimum number of participants is not met.

  • Recommended for ages 10+. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
